Where the item purchased is one of our e-training media, like; an e-book or downloadable tool or video, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. We will process your 100% refund to the purchasing card within 48 hours of receipt of your request.
Where the item purchased is for a service, like; annual membership renewal, you will have a 5 day cooling off period from the date of purchase in which to request a refund. We will process your 100% refund to the purchasing card within 48 hours of receipt of your request.
Please note that; depending on day of the week and banking arrangements it may take a number of days for your refund to be received.
