The following Terms and Conditions apply to our Mentor Programs 2021.
In this document, a reference to Invest Approved includes a reference to its directors, employees, associates, agents and any other person for whom we are vicariously liable (hereby referred to as “Invest Approved”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Invest Approved Mentor Program
This enrolment is a personalised twelve (12) month mentor program where you will receive support from a certified Invest Approved Property Investment Strategist with the intention of purchasing an certified Invest Approved property. Invest Approved is obligated to presenting an opportunity to secure a certified Invest Approved property that aligns with your strategy and borrowing capacity within the 12 month period. For this reason, your participation is vital to your Mentors ability to deliver the program and ultimately the value you receive. You will be asked to provide certain information and provide feedback at various times and we ask that you respond as required in a timely and complete manner. Thanks for helping us help you.
Payment of Mentor Program Retainer Fee
Payment of the retainer fee is required in full for you to participate in the Mentor Program.
Reimbursement of Retainer Fee
Your enrolment retainer fee is valid for 12 months from the date payment is received and will be reimbursed based on an unconditional contract status, for an Invest Approved certified property through the mentor program, within these 12 months (refer retainer fee conditions below) .
Retainer Fee Conditions
The retainer fee is paid upfront before the mentor program commences. This fee will be fully reimbursed, including GST, subject to the following:
- You use our certified Invest Approved Property Strategist, Broker for a Financial Capacity Review (FCR) and Acquisitions team for the purchase of your investment property.
- An unconditional contract for an Invest Approved certified property is active within 12 months of payment of the retainer fee being received for the Mentor program.
- Results of finance testing through our preferred Invest Approved Broker indicates you cannot obtain finance for the purchase of an investment property within the next 12 months.
Reimbursement of the mentor program retainer fee will be paid within 30 days from settlement of your certified Invest Approved property.
Reimbursement due to inability to gain finance to fund your investment property in 2021 will be processed with 14 days of notification from our Invest Approved broker.
Payment will be reimbursed to the credit card used to make payment or to your nominated bank account via bank transfer. If the credit card is no longer valid, a request for bank details will be sent and reimbursement will be processed via bank transfer.
No Guarantee of Results
We make no express or implied claims that you will make money as a result of participating in this Mentor Program. Examples given are not intended to represent, warrant, or guarantee that everyone will achieve the same results. Each individual’s success will be determined by his or her personal financial capability, skill, desire, dedication, effort and motivation to take action. You recognise any business or property investment endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital, and you freely and of your own will, risk any and all capital you may choose to spend implementing concepts outlined while using this Program.

All such materials remain the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the owner. You agree not to do anything, at any time that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials.
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow participants. You agree not to disclose proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets that are disclosed by other Participants in confidence, nor to violate the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of any Program participant or Invest Approved.
The laws of the state of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of a director of Invest Approved. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this agreement but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Invest Approved under this agreement. Invest Approved excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Program.
